Tunbridge Wells Property Holdings Ltd is a property holdings company wholly owned by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
The company was set up in 2015 to help manage part of the property estate for the Borough Council, including private rental accommodation. The company works with Bracketts in Royal Tunbridge Wells, who provide property management on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Property Holdings Ltd.

David Candlin is the Head of Economic Development and Property and a senior member of the Management Team in Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. David was appointed a Director of the Property Holding Company in March 2015.
Ms Beverley Palmer was elected to the new ward of Hawkhurst, Sandhurst and Benenden in May 2024. Ms Palmer a Councillor since 2002 is a member of the Communities Housing and Environment Cabinet Advisory Board, the Appeals Committee and is the Armed Forces Champion for the Borough. Councillor Palmer was appointed a non-executive director of the Property Holdings Company in April 2015.
Hugh Patterson was elected to the new ward of Pembury and Capel in May 2024. Mr Patterson previously served five times as councillor for Capel stretching back to 2000 and for St Johns in 1987-1988. In 2023-4 he was Mayor of the Borough and is now Chairman of the Planning Committee. He has also been Chairman of Capel Parish Council since 2018. Councillor Patterson was appointed a non-executive director of the Property Holdings Company in July 2024.
